Its unbelievable to my why the Board members and other insiders are not buying at these prices. The fact that no insiders are buying tells me that the stock is still not a bargain. As soon as you see the insiders buying, the share price will rise but not until then.

It also looks as though the market is pricing another private placement into this stock. We need some direction from Steven before this stock will stop its current skid.
