I just called the transfer agent again. The Authorized is still 125M and the Outstanding is still 95.3M. So there has not been any dilution it appears. They had given me Ray Hawkins number (404 921-2043) some time ago as the Pavis contact person. I have left 3 voice mails over the last two weeks and have not had a response. Could someone else give Ray a call and see if they have any better luck?
