technically speaking only the jury of 12 are to assume u are innocent until proven guilty.....i can make up my own mind by looking at the facts.....if something new comes out at trial i might change my mind......but i'm willing to bet most think joe is very guilty.....iow its just a matter of time....not a question of if.....there has to be some evidence in the SEC favor to even bring it to trial....and besides if u read joes site u already know he is guilty......he said those were real revs...and that it was the accountants that screwed it up....well joe the accountants did screw it up.....but only cuz u gave them false docs.....joes site will convict him......really whats joe excuse now....the copier run amuck.....he provided the docs.....clearly he is the one who falsified them....end of story....period.
