If you remember the lawsuit against joe it states that joe handed over fake evidence to the sec. Therefore at that time gtem was served a wells notice. After gtem received the wells notice gtem filed the lawsuit against joe. Then the sec came back with charges against joe. It appears to me the wells notice gtem received will be dismissed due to the fake info joe handed them.
