... have always wondered if NEXIM or UPS didn't require that there be at least some sort of governmental promise of large purchases prior to loan dispersement? Do you figure they really would have based the loans on the potential retail sales alone? If that be the case then there must be plenty of retail available out there.
...regardless of who made the loan, certainly there had to have been market research included in the business plan that the bank must have required prior to granting a loan.
