maybe they just need to be audited....iow they done.....the sec has seen them but D still doing the audit.....would seem reasonable to me......maybe they will release it all together this time......won't really know until we get there.....but it does seem that for the SEC to file those charges atleast part of the reports had to be done......and we kinda know that u can't do the next one until the preceding one is done.....so i think serious is right on this one....think it took about 2 months for D to audit the 2004's.....so use that as a guide.....iow 2005's end of yr.
