carmel, ... The OSHA matter is found in PACER records for the Texas federal court on a search for "Houser, Keith." A case called Barnett v. Houser, et al (Case 3:07-cv-01724) will show up.

Houser had a state case removed to federal court shortly after a Texas state court judge sanctioned Houser and his attorney on September 11. The jurisdiction to remove the case is being challenged (and, IMO, the case will be sent back to state court on a technical ground - premature removal because there is no showing OSHA has not acted within the required time of 180 days).

However the motion to remand the case to state court has, as attachments, the letter to OSHA and OSHA complaint. (It's all there - even the fact that Ed Thompson (Surfit) is involved allegedly as a basher paid by BTMD and Houser to bash Barnett! Houser has denied at a deposition that Biotech and Houser paid Surfit under oath. But, I wonder who paid him - or maybe Shapiro. You know, Surfit's still posting here under various aliases. lol!)

Houser filed his response to the motion to remand and a draft order today. They are also on PACER.

It's hilarious when scamsters who unite to fleece the public have a falling out! ... eom
