Just an opinion. I agree with Frank that the reporting of the accurate financial updates are crucial to the forward progress of the company, and are very likely tied to the SEC's final decisions of penalty, if any.
One thing I learned as a result of the 2004 release, was the process. It is time consuming, beyond just the sign off by Dohan. It first has to go to NY to our SEC attorneys for review, then it has to come back to GTEM for their type speak, then back to NY for their Okay...This has to be iron-clad a-ok up and down the line this time around. (I mention this to bring a note of reality to holders of other stocks facing similar filing issues)...It is not a simple cut and paste issue...it takes time and a very good and expensive law firm team on your side to watch your back-side...so you have no issues down stream of any consequence.
That is what is taking the time as it has.
And I don't care how long it takes.
