Lou, you should be careful how you word things. I declined your request to submit $50,000 and so now suddenly that makes me less than honorable. By discounting my efforts you are also discounting the hard work by most of the shareholders posting on this board; which by the way, afforded you and the new board members YOUR capacity as Board members. This is not only a dishonorable suggestion by you but rather disappointing due to all of the efforts involved not just by myself but by others.

Your appointment did not come due to my efforts alone, we all banned together and as a result expected results. Remember we trusted you when you selected the other two members. We casted our vote for and yet you have declined or decided that we don't have the need or have the right to know anything more about the new appointees or their agenda. You were only asked for info that all public companies give there shareholders. Maybe its time to trust the shareholders.

Please consider rephrasing and re-thinking about what you post before we get our egos involved and get involved in a spitting contest.
