I seems to me that they must have the numbers complete, otherwise the SEC filing against JM and V would not have been possible with the exact % of the dollar scams. They were like 439% overstatement etc. Maybe this is a timing issue, ie the SEC filings against JM and V, next lining up funding, then release big news, then release the numbers. The reason being that they don't want to see the SP go to near zero with good news behind it as we all know that the restated numbers will probably be devastating. Just IMO.
