It's safe to say that we at least own 500,000,000 shares out of the approx. 1 billion shares out there.
Des owns the rest. So we are looking at approx 500,000,000 to 700,000,000 that are controlled by other investors, Flippers and MM's.

We need to purchase at least 200,000,000/300,000,000 to gain leverage.
This is not written in stone...Would be nice to have a 2nd count, done by software......but i think this gives us a clue on what we must achieve if we are to gain control of this stock and GO LONG..........................
