The initial agreement was @ 1.30 with an OS of about 42'500'000.
Now the OS is about 96'M shares as stated from some members.
That's a doubble in shares an will cut the original estimated target price of 1.30 into half that value.
Looks like PAVC is maxing out until the AS is reached. NOTLOL
