Can someone enlighten me? In pennystocks, especially, Pinks, the curse of slow death is an increase of shares. Low share count ALWAYS is a primary attention getter for people plowing money into Pinks, especially anything longer than a day's holding period.

So then this no-name company is going to do a forward split on NOTHING going for it as a company?

And then fast-forward the clock and the day comes when it does a humungous R/S like most of the other fledgling Pinks do?

Seems to me that if the company wants customers INVESTING in this company so a stabil buying community keeps "coming to the table and laying down cash," it would NEVER have executed a forward split in the first place.

But then ... if they think it will get some upward momentum in their share price so they can dillute at a better price ???? -- HEY ... welcome to the pennyland!!!!!

Cycle never seems to change much.

Having said such, GO ANTO GO!!!!!
