Multi-Monitors question...

I recently installed another video card,
(the second one listed on Terminator list),
Jaton, 228PCI, with dual VGA connectors.
I powered up all, inserted CD and ran "install driver".

I have 3 new CRT monitors hooked up, all identical.
And all 3 are turned on, but the computer seems
to recognize only the two connected to the new video card.

The third remains on, but screen is dark.
When first logging on a brief popup states - no signal.

The "display properties" shows Monitor 1 and 2,
both are "plug and play Monitor on Video-22pci Series, NVIDIA FX5200"

So what happened?
Did I do someting wrong.....or omit something?

So how do I get the computer to recognize the original VGA?
