I am pretty close to this situation and was led to believe from a pretty close source that the first episode was in the bag. I did pick up an extra 5 Million shares due to that research. I will say the conflicting report was/is troublesome...but not a deal breaker for me.

As I mentioned before I'm a long term investor and will wait to see what Wilf brings up....The good news is...with the new float #'s and knowing Wilf and others have 185 Million restricted shares...there can only be about a few Million more shares available to float unless the restriction is lifted...maybe that will allow us to go up soon.

Looking forward to see what becomes of the shareholders meeting. 24M shares and holding...
