yea crash....there is no other docket for other employees either......seems they went to some trouble to leave huff out of it......he was the only CEO during that time.......at best peter might have been at the tail end......the sec doesn't set up a case so it can ADD people to it later....this is what they going with......this is what the DOJ will go with......if huff and others were involved.......then they got away with it......really u think the SEC has not heard joes side of the story.....u think they have never talked to luis.......u think once the trial starts the SEC is gonna go......oops story joe and luis we didn't know that......i guess it wasn't u guys after all......it was huff and peter and the others.....yea i'm sure thats how its gonna work......funny how when joe goes down some of u just can't accept the fact that u were wrong.
