yeah, but for this one, they just announced that they are entering negotions, so no reason to tell anyone else where they are looking until its a done deal. charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, and it seems like it would be hard not to do well in such an ideal location. real estate here is still very cheap compared to the other major cities in the region (especially Atlanta and DC). and the market is a slow and steady one, i.e. no major peaks an troughs, just modest and sustainable year over year increases. so, i would think that the property value alone will likely be a very good long term asset. jmho.
