You have to look at the whole picture...Bruno Farbos is now a part of ECT management team, meaning he is free from any attachment to or hindrance from BCS and can work on new tech for ECT.
I believe this is a big step forward.
As the inventor he owns the product. BCS is just trying to make waves. Their application for a patent was turned down...because Brono already has it in the USA.
You will see this stand up as it all plays out.JMO
