I did not state that IT DID NOT EXIST. I stated that it MIGHT exist ("if any are actually available") but that I had no proof that it did.
There is a premise here that because the SEC filed a complaint in this matter, that Monterosso/Vargas acted alone and that they pulled the wool over the companies eyes.
I am saying,
1. That we have yet to see an answer to this complaint from the defendants.
2. That POSSIBLY, Monterosso/Vargas will have documents proving that they did not act alone.
3. That, (once again), it is hard to believe that for 24 months, one person (Monterosso) basically said "I have brought $119MM into this company" and that for 24 months, all the other execs at GTEM basically said " GREAT"! and at the same time, NOTHING went into GTEM bank accounts. And they apparently were OK with this for 24 months worth of invoices.
That is all I am saying.
I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
