well u really don't know if that is how the final ruling worked out.....but for sake of arguement we can say that it is.....cuz it don't matter.....what legal bills.....GTEM is NOT fighting the SEC......jon is a lawyer.....once again u just making stuff up to suit your needs.....over 2 mil left....should be fine.....lawsuit done.....just the fines left......heck before joe posted that stuff i didn't even know the ins would cover the fines.....so as far as i'm concerned the fact that they will pay anything is good news to me.
