Hmmm, the RE auction laws must be a little different in NV than they are here. Here the Min. bid must present the property to high bidder free of all liens and clear title.

If no one bids the min bid the property goes back to the lien holders.

That is why I was shocked the min bid was so far below the 1st.

Fortunes can be made buying RE at the bottoms of market crashes. I just don't think we are there yet, couple of more years. IMO.
