One stock you guys might want to keep an eye on - speaking about R/S, uplisting, dilution issues - is Pluristem PLRS. This is strictly for schooling purposes only. Should be interesting the next half year or so. 1 for 200 R/S, in order to meet $5 initial req. for Nasdaq. Could be interesting to see if any lessons learned can be applied to ECFL further down the road. This time, next year we might have to seriously entertain the R/S idea - I know some think a lot sooner, but I doubt it. OTCBB doesn't have a min share price, but still needs audited financials thru Nasd and I think 1 Market Maker.
