Dear Management: The recent stock price movement which is included below illustrates what potential we have for price enhancement if even a reasonable news update is issued.

I fear there will be a gradual stock price erosion back to the sub-penny level from today’s opening. This is due to the lack of interest as evidenced by the lack of volume. This lack of trade volume will result in the broker/dealers lowering the bid until activity is evident. Today we opened at .04 cents a share the same opening price last posted in September.

It would appear that now is a good time for some comments by our new President and CEO, Mr. Kadrija Hamzic.

As a suggestion, the answer to this question would be a good starting point. What is the business plan going forward?
Was there any growth in revenue during the past year?
When was the last meeting of the Board of Directors? What subjects were discussed and what results arrived at that can be announced without damaging the corporate integrity.

I urge you to respond to this plea from a minority shareholder.
