But they have been raising the AS, on average about 1 billion shares a month. The real bad part is the NV SOS site is behind about 3 weeks from when the raise takes place. So they will have 3 weeks to dump shares before you will know the AS has been raised.

Remember what happened the last time they raised the AS?..lol..
