We do deserve an explanation from Paivis IMO. This isn't a minor 5-10% price fluctuation. It's a dramatic drop, a massive loss of shareholder value. For heaven's sake, a month ago this was 20 cents/share. The least management could do is offer an explanation to shareholders -- many of whom have filed 144 paperwork and have the option to sell -- as to why they've lost almost all of their investment. Is it shorting? Is it dilution? A combination of both? Does the company have a theory as to why their market cap has evaporated away?

All it takes to send a press release is an hour to write it (hell, I'd do it for them for free) and $200 to submit it to businesswire.
