Well now you see if GTEM was filing bankruptcy like Joe M (Wells Notice) wanted everyone to think then the Bigger questions would be why would anyone in their right mind wants shares from a worthless company care to answer that one?

Seems to me everyone was trying to make deals for cash and shares with the bulk of the payment being in shares?

Management wanting GTEM Shares lets see worthless company and I want more shares makes sense spin away!!!!!!!!!!

Khoury: Why would you renegotiate your contract if the company was going bankrupt? I have shares that I could exercise at .19 cents but I will take renegotiate shares at .26 cents and .36 cents seems to me that .19 cents would be closer to obtain my selling of shares and get out of this looser company wouldn't you agree?

He will forfeit 657,894 options with an exercise price of $.19 that were issued in May 2007 and retain 657,895 options then granted.

Joe M (Wells Notice): Yes he did want his shares. He even said it himself or should I say his lawyer did by his own posting on his very own website created to inlighten all of us.

Uli: Had a contract could have acted on it but instead he renegotiated his contract for some cash and more shares as well.

I am sure there are others that did the same but I will focus on the top three since that has been the endless topic on this board for some time...............

Answer away and please show proof that non of these fine outstanding gentlemen did not want shares of GTEM for payment.

I say GTEM is a keeper what say you!!!!!
