Market 99 Sets Official Date for Name and Stock Symbol Change

Market 99, Ltd.(PINKSHEETS: ECFL) recently amended the company Articles of Incorporation to reflect a name change. As of today, newly filed documents with NASDAQ validated a request for proper notification of the name change along with the corporate resolution effectuating a date of December 1st, 2007. Soon after the effective date, Pinksheets.com and the SEC website will reflect all company updates.

Desmond Milligan, CEO of Market 99, stated "I'm very pleased to finally have a solid answer on the date of the name change for our shareholders. There is a 10 day mandatory NASDAQ notification process that we have to comply with. Due to this process, the Board of Directors chose Dec. 1 as the date of all official updates."

The Market 99 Team is currently traveling and will be visiting future store locations over the next couple of weeks. Expressions of urgency from the Board of Directors have developed into Jason Brola meeting with multiple developers in an effort to open additional stores in the coming months. At this time, the company believes a goal of 4 fully operational stores by Jan. 1 is very attainable. There have been several additional locations secured and the Board of Directors will update the shareholders with the details during the week of Nov. 26, 2007.
