Some people could have learned lessons from the real estate scandalization activity in the late 80s and early 90s. The shell game of mortgage companies, banks, real estate brokers, buyers and sellers continued for a while. But when the folks became necked, they “enjoyed free room and board that had bars on their windows and barbwire around their place of abode.
The movie "Groundhog Day" might come to mind. A question could be, do some people never learn?

"Me thinkith" the only good advice is to always give (give back) more than you take, not to say anything has been taken, but somewhere in this old world some body might have taken something they should have not/did not have proper justification/was not legally authorized to do/proper/involved conflict of interest/acted without proper authority/etc.
My thoughts could be, some folks could count their blessings if THEY ARE NOT FREEDOMLESS".
MAYBE, just a vision, but do I see windows with bars for at least 7, 8, 10, associated people/groups? BUT THAT VISION, if correct, might be able to be changed with the proper actions by the appropriate people/groups, if any.

The power of the Internet, conflict of interest, some people forgetting what they say to whom, the "Groundhog Day" affect, and PLAIN STUPIDITY =s GOODNESS, if you are on the correct team. If anyone is on a wrong team, WELLLLLL_________ awaits your arrival, unless__________.
If one or more may be on the wrong team, the blanks COULD be filled in by "the cup runth over" approach by those, if any. It could be a "get out of JaiX free" card.
My feeling are that if WE/I get what is OURS/mine and WE?I do not have to fight (any more), I have the ability to forget and forgive, BUT if not remember the B 52s are close by.
