Pagan, for some reason this reply got deleted.
My understanding according to Rob at that time was The Bank of New York was to sell 1.5 million shares in stages over the course of a week 500,000 shares at a time. The clerk made a mistake and sold them all at once. BoNY ended up purchasing most of the shares back. The share price that day opened at $1.73, High $1.74, Low $.75 Closed at: $1.47. The previous days close was $1.67 total loss that day of the BoNY trade was .20 cents on volume of 6,736,600 shares. Which one could say at the most 3 million shares (sell and repurchase) was done by the BoNY. WHICH IS NOT 10% OF THE OUTSTANDING SHARES AS YOU SAY.

The closing price on the previous 5 days were: $1.67--$1.22--$1.07--$1.09--and $1.13.
The only reason the stock went up from $1.13 to $1.67 was because of the announced the launch of VozBrasil.

Now according to Huff at the shareholder meeting his response to the BoNY was just the opposite if I remember correctly. His claim was someone was to buy 1.5 million shares and the clerk entered a sell by mistake.

No matter how you want to look at this it is a non factor along with the Voz Brazil pump and what was accomplished by Globetel since that time.

Hope this helps clarify my comment.

Not a lot of profit either it seems."
