I find it real ironic, in fact sickening, that they plan to have shareholders testify to their hardships when it was the SEC halt that took away any chance of them bailing at a decent price.

not the least of which are the biggest winners.....market miscreants, who hiding behind a corrupt clearing system, sold 100s of millions of counterfeit shares.

Funny, I haven't seen any proof whatsoever of the existence of "counterfeit" shares.
