SEC has asked Judge to give them what they want sans trial...no surprise there. I find it real ironic, in fact sickening, that they plan to have shareholders testify to their hardships when it was the SEC halt that took away any chance of them bailing at a decent price. Even assuming it was a scam...temporarily halting the stock did more damage then just letting it trade like every other POS stock does. I mean what the phuck is that? Halting the stock for ten days, claim wrong doing, and drive home the losses by letting it trade again before the accused have their day in court? Sicko. Also makes you want to puke to think that DP, JA, MA, JP, JG and other pumper/dumpers who actually DID profit from this, and will likely get away with it. Even on his worst day, RPH is by far the lesser of all the evils that surround this story....not the least of which are the biggest winners.....market miscreants, who hiding behind a corrupt clearing system, sold 100s of millions of counterfeit shares.
