Dear Robert,
I noticed that you have bombarded with questions about the boar stud. First
I can't tell anyone what is going on with the boars until we release the PR
on the status, When Brent feels it is right he will stock the stud...I won't
say whether he has put animals in or not. Please keep in mind that we have
three facilities housing boars and they are producing whether in the new
stud or not! I don't believe folks get that yet! We also have other plans
for the BS facility and I'll speak to all about this when I return.
With respect with the video...we have purposely held off on this until our
new site is up ...we have hours of tape ..which has been segmented into
sales material on CDs and tape , and we have the cuts from the shareholder
meeting which in my opinion are great , however the lighting in some areas
is to low , so the video company is overlaying pictures along with the sound
which does take a considerable amount of time. They did promise to have the
video ready and I am not pleased it has taken this long. However , again we
want everything to be perfect so that when folks view our Company they don't
associate a poor video with us...at this point of being so close to
relisting I have zero tolerance for fluff and mistakes...just to make a few
folks happy...I want the relisting very much for all and have spent a lot of
time on this and Corporate business rather than sit in a studio to edit a
tape. I know folks should be more happy with this decision. I do have
pictures of the meeting which I have available for those who would like them
(over 100)...some are also going on the website and into our POS material
and the new investor package which after my latest interview have had
numerous request for. I can see a number a new investors coming on board
which is super...again a great deal of time has been spent on building our
base of new investors and education of the base we have. I believe the
current SH's would have me focus on this and the other items I spoke about
during the recent interview than dealing with the video. Let the video folks
worry about the video and CDs and let me build this Corp. and if the few
SH's that figure I should spend more time on the editing let them know I am
working on the weekends putting this material together along with the sales
brochures so that it does not interfere with my daily ops. Some of the pics
are also on our new web page to be released soon.
The video of the meeting is being used as a promo piece for our launch after
we are fully listed with some narration by me and Dr.s Carlson and Gourley.
It has taken longer than I was told , but again lets put out a great product
not put out something for the sake of putting it out. I covered much of what
was spoken about on my latest interview with the www.wallstreetreporter.com
which went out to over 2.2 million
people plus zacks, comtex and the front page of their newsletter (40,000) to
brokers and stock analysts in Dec.
I have also set up an area on the new web for Dr. Carlson, Dr. Gourley and
myself to place educational information on what is going on with STRU and
how we effect the industry globally. Dr. C's presentation is excellent and
really explains the impact we have and on pre harvest safety measures we are
putting in place for our herds...if we do not have the site up soon, I will
place it on our current website as it really explains in lay people terms
our impact. Dr. C is tightening it up and I shall have the whole
presentation after returning from the EU.
I hope this helps...as I want to be as open as I can without divulging
information that should go to everyone at once.
Thank you for helping out the Shareholders ...I really appreciate everything
all the SHs are doing to help improve their Company and it's global
presence.
