The powers that be at ECFL submitted paperwork to Pinksheets.com YESTERDAY to change the business description of the company from the old auto business to the new Market99. The only way to change the name officially and get a new symbol if that's what they want to do is to do it through FINRA, which is formally NASD, and paperwork has not been submited to FINRA as of yet. I will keep everyone posted as new developments occur in this process. Nothing has yet been filed with the SEC.
