They said 5-7 business days, and now we know that they have NEVER EVER submitted any forms , Guess what, it is called LIE. You may say they are too busy to do it ontime. Fine Then why they didn't send a PR about it. How come they have time to update their amature website with panties photoes and name them Jewelry, but no time to answer phones/emails or update bag holders of what is happening.
