To the Shareholders of Black Dragon,

I would like to thank all of you for joining together and making this happen, it could not have taken place without the help of each and everyone of you, and the congratulations should be said to all. After all, this your company.

What you have done is to install a board of Peter Lau, Robert McGuire, and myself. This is a board with honesty, integrity, and the abiltiy to make the changes to this company that you have been hoping for. The road ahead will be bumpy but passable.

The job ahead is to look into the past to see what we can capitalize on, what legal actions need to be taken to make the company whole, and to the future for mergers, acquisitions, profits and stock listing.

It will not be appropriate in the future for me to post here as a director. In the past, I did so in hopes of curtailing the behavior of Mr. Lanza.
