I never heard back from the company and have not checked on it since. I don't know much about this company, but those who hold shares may do very well once the legal matters are completed. The company chose to deregister with the SEC and delists its shares. Now, they don't need to get their financials up-to-date until they are ready to reregister again. The company appears to be working on it so it's a wait and see; check the filings, and try contacting them or the lawyer involved for some information. I'll see what I can find out. GLTA
