I'll explain the article, since there are some here who can't seem to understand it.
The article was not meant to technically describe the product, it was to draw attention to the capabilities and the availability of a product most, in transportation businesses would be interested in.
The description of "camera" fit the article and presented what they wished to make known and that is:
THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT that will save lives and money.
Try to detract from it all you like but it's out there now.
