GEO, you are corect, there are more shares in the file (sorry I do't have it here in frount of me now) I think in the 6+ range But the numbers on the file were very close, and I am sure you know they would not put it to papper affer the papper mess they just went through,,, 5b is no where near where we stand at this point, and it will stay the case for quite some time,unchanged if ever,,,,, what we did find out is they do report(on time) and they do not pull punches, so it goes on,,, Thank you for the post,,things to look into and that's alwasy good,,, val
