xanadu.....i think it's more than 1.7billion...or, will someone tell me where i am wrong or explain it to me.....???

fccn share holders (that's us) account for 600million shares (those are the float).....the Aero people got 1.1billion(approx) from the exchange (those are restricted).....

BUT, everyone seems to forget about or disregard the 455milion (to be released at 4.99% O/s).....those shares are viable shares....they count in the bigger picture....and, what about the shares issued to pay debt and the shares issued to pay back salaries....it's almost another 1/2billion shares...???

i think that right now there are APPROXIMATELY another 50 million on top of the 600million already in float...(look at the "notes to financial statement" and do the addition).....

Plus, the Dr Gas acquisition upon COMPLETION will definitely cause more shares to be sold to raise capital (Hunsaker stated that in the 11/13 letter)....

bottom line.....the O/s is larger than 1.7billion....please correct where i am wrong....
