what changed? are you kidding me. I just posted that very clearly on the board... It looks like the CC and PR about no RS could be a cheap smokescreen. Why? Because I can't even find out if more shares have been issued. I can't get anyone on the phone or to return a phone call. I get a very, very deceitful message when I call IR stating that "due to the high volume of calls, etc. etc. That's a total Fing lie. They think they're going to make a fool out of me. I don't think so. You may get a pop or two out of this POS but I wouldn't believe a thing these folks say until they start demonstrating that they're not a bunch of lying thieves out to steal your money.
