I don't think that Phil said that... re-read it and you will see. He says he does not know when pinksheets will arrive and he is not going to annoy Dez over it because he feels that Dez is doing his best and wants pinksheets as much and as soon as we do. He ment that the company will not be a total success by tomorrow and that it takes time. But pinksheets could come anytime.
