I have to disagree that any of the shareholders are insignificant. I say its the way we approach them when we contact them. I've had many good emails with RH and had a 20 minute conversation on the phone with Claude Lemay yesterday. Very nice man...excited about the company and willing to take the time to speak with a shareholder who had questions
