what substantial legal fees -- are you on the other side?

you guessed $5 million per quarter / I actually thought it was lower.

February was about the time funds would have run out more or less. Add $10 million in receipts and I can get 6 months + can't you?

You are also assuming zero revenue in Q1,Q2 and Q3 of 2004. I think the trend will change in that area, especially towards the end.
