If you recall you thought Wave would be bankrupt because their funds would run out by February and they could not use the proceeds from the last placement because the SEC had not approved it. So you use the same faulty logic to opine on a new group of investors shorting again. Do you just make this us like a novel?

Wave will need more funding from somewhere in another 6 months or so. I don't think they are doing a placement today at these prices.
