sorry SPIN, but I think you're all wet.

...Wave did report it would need funding again some time around February.

Not to my recollection.

Prior to the last PP (i.e., in the Q3 10Q) Wave indicated a need for funds. This was the situation in the reporting period. Subsequent to that they received somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 or 8 million (the actual numbers escape me).
