Mr..Baxter of Baxter Technologies PTE LTD and Mr. Turrini have the first phase of sale of 4 US patent completed to CLYW and are now placing an agreement to build out the prototype together in Miami Florida .

Mr. Baxter holds a new generation of VoIP ,as our Tele2net , Voice 2 Text ,F2E , www.forward2email.com and will expect the issuance from the USPTO in March or April of 2008.
Mr Baxter and Mr. Turrini are in talks about the patents being sold to Calypso Wireless and the CLYW will have a portfolio total of 9 US Patents to offer many features to telecoms and ISP along with VoIP operators.

Calypso and Baxter plan to bring on the digital download from Radio to the CLYW towards the 2 quarter if all works out well
