IBTY IS NOW NOTHING BUT A SHELL COMPANY THAT IS WORTHLESS, THE OTHER COMPANY IS MERGING IN THIS SHELL FOR TAX PURPOSES AND REPORTING.Cost some dope to start up a company from scratch so if nothing happens by dec 31 i will be selling on that day and take my tax loss.
