Gotta say looking pretty attractive from this point. Picked up a small position today. Large potential for development here. And from what I see it dosent take much to take her up. Still trying to find some info other than filings. For what its worth I am in the same field. And there is an upside to the real estate market right now. Depends which side of the fence your on. Hope EVRL can capotilize on it. And FWIW I think the next filing will outperform the previous. GLTYA!
