Yes. It is the only explanation for their note and price target. I do not usually go in for nefarious conspiracy theories, but this is pretty blatant IMHO. If you look at the list of companies for whom they have raised money, you can find some possibilities, including one that I recently suggested in print should for something else to do with what is left of their money. I'm not going to be specific here, because I don't need a firestorm (of any kind, come to think of it) of accusations, denials, and letters from attorneys.
