Whirligig if you make some calls the
pool division never recieved the money that it needed to
start completing contracts it had in place for this year.
They started in the spring on some of them (contracts) and
then PBLS never suppied any (none) money to complete them.
They got thrown off the jobs and now owe money to the subcontractors and clients that they shwindigled.
There is much (much, much) more interesting tales of events at the pool division but I will leave that up to you to discover.
Everything is not as peachy as our leaders want you to believe.
